The apartments are comfortable and feature all the amenities of rural "three keys" lodgings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a a vitroceramic range, oven, microwave, washer, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. These apartments also feature a hairdryer in the bath, linen and towels, TV with TFT screen, heating in all rooms, automatic entryphone, intercom system connecting to the reception desk, wifi ADSL connection, etc.

All the rooms have windows facing the outdoors and their distribution is designed for families or groups of two to six guests.
